Lansons is possibly the only true employee-owned business in the communications industry, with more than a third of our people owning the agency as partners. The opportunity for career progression is unrivalled. Over a third of people at account director level and above started here as trainees, including five of our board directors and four associates. Over a third have been with us for more than five years – and more than a fifth more than ten. 

We care about being a responsible corporate citizen and this resonates with our staff.
