It’s a fine balancing act when working for a membership organisation or trade body. Creating a cohesive narrative which enables you to engage productively on behalf of your members is important. However, we also recognise that members often have different agendas and are all at different stages of a journey with you in the middle, trying to bring it all together. We get that.
