  • Change impact analysis: assessing and addressing how the changes will affect people is the starting point for developing your change plan; so that you can actively manage the implications of the change. The Change Curve and Prosci’s change maturity model are some of the tools we use to determine the personal impact on those affected, and their journey towards working and behaving in new ways to support the change.
  • Tell a powerful story: To engage all stakeholders involved or impacted it is critical that your narrative addresses the “why” “what” and “how” of the transformation and most importantly, the ‘what’s in it for me?”. It should capture both hearts and minds; and be tailored to different stakeholder groups. Then, it’s a matter of telling everyone and constantly communicating; not just at the start but throughout all stages of the transformation initiative.
  • Making change happen effectively: While approaches to managing change can vary from organisation to organization, many often subscribe to formal methodologies such as the Prosci ADKAR model. We know how to apply these in getting people ready to adapt to the changes by ensuring they have the right information, training, sponsorship, involvement and help.
