Fascinated by human behaviour and how this influences the way people and organisations operate, Louise has sought roles that have allowed her to develop this interest throughout her career. These have included senior communications positions at Alcatel Mobile, Alstom, a leading City law firm, Great Ormond Street Hospital and Charity, the Home Office and Cabinet Office, an architectural practice based in London and Milan; and specialist agencies working across both communications and organisational development.
She holds a post graduate qualification in Internal Communications at Kingston University and is an Affiliate of CIPD and Member of CIPR.
