Josh Passman began his career in communications more than 20 years ago and has worked in the industry ever since.

Previously, he served as Head of Communications & Marketing at PJ SOLOMON, a boutique investment bank. He also has extensive agency experience, at firms including Prosek Partners, Burson Marsteller and Porter Novelli.

Josh has developed and implemented integrated marketing and communications programs for numerous corporate clients, with a focus on the financial sector. His clients have included, among others, OppenheimerFunds, Jefferies, RBC Capital Markets, Lazard, Northern Trust, AXA, Munich Re, Travelers and Columbia Threadneedle.

As CEO, Josh is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of client programs on both sides of the Atlantic. In addition, his efforts focus on fostering a collaborative culture and work environment and leading business development efforts.

Josh graduated from Binghamton University with a BS in Finance and earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
