  3. Gordon Tempest-Hay

Gordon Tempest-Hay is the CEO of Lansons which he joined in January 2022. Prior to joining Lansons, Gordon was CEO of Teneo UK and CEO of Blue Rubicon. He began his career in the Civil Service where he was both a policy official and Private Secretary to the Minister of State before joining Edexcel - now part of Pearson Education - as Head of Corporate Affairs.

Gordon specialises in helping clients transform their reputations and tackle their most pressing commercial challenges. Past and current clients include RBS/Nat West Group, Vitality, British Gas, London Stock Exchange Group, eBay, O2, Zurich and UBS.

Outside of work, Gordon is a Trustee of the National Emergencies Trust; a charity formed in the wake of the Grenfell disaster to better support those at times of national emergency. The Trust’s first ever appeal - the Coronavirus Appeal - raised £100m in support of grass roots charities helping those impacted by the pandemic.

Gordon holds an MA in Marketing, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and spends his weekends flying a plane nearly as old as himself.
