Joining Lansons in 2005 Anna has since been instrumental in building the consumer and trade profile of Unbiased.co.uk, the consumer facing site of IFA Promotion. Anna also worked with the Payments Council on devising and executing consumer education campaign on modern payment methods, including building an online hub, looking after content and media strategy.
Anna has extensive retail savings and investment experience, having launched Kaupthing Edge into the UK market and helping the company navigate the Icelandic savings crisis and consumer concerns over the safety of their deposits. Anna also led the team announcing a newly granted deposit taking permissions for execution-only sharedealing service Selftrade, resulting in a change in FSCS protection for deposit holders.
Anna has worked with major brands including Tesco, JP Morgan, Fidelity and Invesco. She is also a specialist in crisis support, having helped companies with a variety of product and customer-service related issues.
