Lansons together with PwC and the Diversity Project launch joint report

As part of our ongoing partnership, we helped launch a joint report from PwC and the Diversity Project.

Drawing on extensive interviews with senior executives from the industry and new analysis of gender pay gap disclosures, the report finds little evidence of progress. Of the five sectors with the biggest gender pay gaps in 2018 – banking, investment management, insurance, real estate and travel – only investment management failed to record an overall improvement.

The report outlines several key pillars for accelerating change and calls on firms to treat issues of diversity and inclusion just like other strategic priorities.

The report, covered by the Guardian, Bloomberg and Investment Week, reignites the conversation around cultural transformation in the investment industry.
