Lansons has today announced that Scott McKenzie, Director and head of Change & Employee Engagement, has been promoted to the Management Board. Scott joins nine other senior consultants on the Management Board, which is responsible for the day to day management of the business.
Scott joined Lansons as a Board Director in December 2012. This promotion recognises his contribution to the consultancy in establishing and leading successful Change & Employee Engagement work, bringing a number of clients to Lansons.
Scott has extensive experience of managing high-profile change and employee engagement programmes. Before joining Lansons, Scott was Head of Change and Internal Communications at Hill & Knowlton. He has also held various roles at Royal Bank of Scotland Group, including heading up the internal and external communications for the Private Banking business.
Tony Langham, CEO, Lansons, comments: “The key to Lansons’ success is our people; Scott is an exceptional consultant who has consistently delivered excellence, bolstered our corporate offering, and played a vital role in our diversification strategy. I am pleased to recognise his significant achievement and continued commitment to the business with this promotion.”
Scott McKenzie, Director of Change and Employee engagement, said: “I am delighted to accept the position on the Management Board, which reflects the success we have had focusing on change and employee engagement projects. We have worked on some incredibly complex and ‘mission critical’ change issues – helping The Co-operative Bank navigate the most turbulent period in its history, supporting Novartis integrate the GSK oncology business across 81 countries, and helping Simplyhealth sell its PMI business to AXA. I look forward to helping the business continue to grow in the years ahead.”
