Lansons wins all the top PR & comms industry awards that affirm Lansons as a fantastic place to work!
After one of the most challenging years for businesses and employees we are thrilled and honoured to have been recognised as being one of the best places to work in the UK and within our industry.
With a focus on the impact of Covid our employee welfare initiatives such as empowering employees to take ownership of their day, offering flexible working and giving everyone £600 to improve their home working environment were just some of the areas of employee wellbeing we were commended for.
"Lanson’s progressive staff policies, including managing the demands of its clients, were a beacon for other financial and corporate agencies to follow and it was a leader for change in the working practices of agencies in this sector. In all, the strategy and structure of its approach to people felt considered.
For the judges, the overriding sentiment was that Lansons exemplified integrity - and that staff could trust the leadership was sincere and committed to their wellbeing." - PRWeek UK
