The Covid pandemic has accelerated changes that were already underway in the banking industry.

Joy Macknight was recently made editor of The Banker which is celebrating its 95th anniversary this year. Joy will be giving her perspective on what the long-term impact of the pandemic will have on banks and what they need to do to deliver a meaningful customer experience.

In conversation with Lansons director Sarah Oppler, the discussion will cover a range of topics including the acceleration of digitization for the industry, what is the outlook for UK banks and related topics around the future of the office and the momentum around banks’ supporting environmental, social and corporate governance issues.
