Joy Macknight was recently made editor of The Banker which is celebrating its 95th anniversary this year. Joy will be giving her perspective on what the long-term impact of the pandemic will have on banks and what they need to do to deliver a meaningful customer experience.

Joy is the first woman to lead The Banker in its 95 year history. Joy joined in 2015 following more than a decade at publications covering financial services and technology. She was promoted to deputy editor shortly after joining and has been managing editor since 2019.
