Change & Transformation
Join our Directors Suzanne Ellis and Naomi Goodman as they present at the Driving Change Conference, London Docklands.
Presenting at 2:00pm
Both Suzanne and Naomi will be discussing ‘Using Neurocomms To Bridge the Awareness-Action Gap’ exploring insights from neuroscience, drawing on how the brain works to change and influence peoples’ behaviour through effective communication methods.
“When change information is shared, awareness is created and understanding takes place. This understanding might help to change the attitude of an individual but doesn’t necessarily lead to a change of behaviour towards action”. They will explore insights from neuroscience – drawing on how the brain works to change and influence peoples’ behaviour through effective communication methods.
This one-day practitioner led event is great for anyone looking to drive employee engagement and deliver successful organisational change to boost bottom line performance.
Naomi co-leads the communications for change and transformation offer at Lansons. She is an experienced senior practitioner with a wealth of both consultancy and in-house experience. Naomi is passionate about helping people through change and has led organisational and culture change programmes for both the public and private sector.
Suzanne helps organisations manage change and influence behaviour change among employees, customers or stakeholders with her newly launched Neurocomms service. Suzanne has also recently published a new book called 'Why We Do What We Do' co-authored with Dr Helena Boschi, a psychologist who focuses on applied neuroscience in the workplace.
