Senior Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a dynamic and established marketing executive to join our in-house team, supporting Lansons’ various consultancy strands to help deliver on the overall marketing strategy.

This role will allow you to elevate your marketing skills in a professional corporate environment, working closely with the marketing manager and senior consultants.

From developing brand awareness campaigns to driving email and social media engagement, you will be an integral team member with the space to develop your marketing career in an award-wining workplace (GPTW).

About the role
  • Strategy: help formulate and deliver on marketing strategies, ensuring success and continuous growth towards the business goals
  • Campaigns: support and lead on campaigns across online and offline channels, liaise with external stakeholders and help develop innovative, multi-layered content plans
  • Digital: manage site content (CraftCMS), apply SEO strategy, develop email database and coordinate effective email marketing campaigns
  • Social Media: monitor social media channels, schedule posts, blending brand stories with audience-centric content for maximum reach and engagement
  • Partnerships and Awards: liaise with industry partners to identify opportunities, manage award deadlines and support award submissions – including proofing and upload to award portals
  • Events: support and lead on events (internal/external), from setup to post-event report and analysis, always looking out for ways to evolve and elevate our events programme
  • Research: conduct regular competitor analyses and research industry trends, understand our clients and keep a close watch on what’s happening in our wider community
  • Reporting: track the effectiveness of marketing activity, monitor KPIs and produce a range of marketing reports for various stakeholders

About you
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven track record in social media management including Paid
  • Experience in using Google analytics and website CMS
  • Understanding of SEO and how it works
  • Intermediate use of Adobe Photoshop or InDesign
  • An ‘entrepreneurial spirit’ with a hands-on mentality
