Internal Recruiter (part-time)

We’re looking for an internal recruiter to help develop our talent acquisition strategy with a fresh and innovative perspective.

Part of our HR team, you will be responsible for our recruitment needs, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from brief to offer, ensuring all candidates whether successfully placed or not – have the best Lansons experience.

It's a fantastic opportunity to work part-time (3 days p/week) for an award-wining employer with a blend of in-office and remote working.

About the role

  • Day-to-day: Acting as first point of contact for all applicants, filtering and managing all inbound applications from all sources
  • Recruitment: Ensure effective coordination of the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, shortlisting, interviews, feedback, follow-up etc.
  • Strategy: Write compelling job adverts adapted for each platform, manage offer process including presentation, resignation and counter offers
  • Talent Pipeline: Proactive headhunting to directly source from a diverse talent pool, build strong candidate networks, manage talent pipeline for current and upcoming hires
  • Employer brand: Embed the Lansons experience at every stage of candidate journey, ensure shortlisted candidates align with company values
  • Data Analysis: Monthly reporting to senior management team, acting on insight to evolve recruitment processes
About you

  • Broad knowledge of diverse range of recruiting sources
  • Background in recruitment (agency or in-house) or PR consultant background with a strong interest in recruitment, excellent networking skills and interviewing experience
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and financial PR landscape
  • Experience running end to end recruitment within PR industry beneficial
  • Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management and organisation skills
  • Experience with offer negotiations
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where change is constant
