Account Manager or Account Director

We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious and engaging account manager or account director to bolster our public affairs offer and support the growing public affairs practice. This is a fast-paced role in which you would be working as an integral member of client teams, responsible for the smooth running of our client programmes and driving exciting new business pitches and supporting the team marketing strategy. The role is an opportunity for an enthusiastic public affairs professional looking for career development and scope to hone skills and experience working with interesting clients and stakeholders from sectors including, transport, financial services, tech and energy.

Role includes:
  • Servicing client accounts and building and managing client relationships
  • Sourcing and progressing new business leads
  • Pitching to win business
  • Driving forward the Public Affairs marketing strategy
  • Managing internal teams
  • Organising events and party conference activity
  • Monitoring political debates and major news and policy announcements
Ideal candidate:
  • has a broad base of sector experience
  • has worked on integrated accounts
  • has strong people management skills
  • has a good network in and knowledge of Westminster and political stakeholders
  • is an excellent writer with a well-developed point of view and ability to adapt to different styles
