Account Executive (Public Affairs)

We are looking for a public affairs executive to support our growing public affairs work.

This is a support role in which you would be working as an integral member across various client teams, responsible for the administration and smooth running of our client programmes.

Some experience in a public affairs role or in Parliament would help equip you for the role and allow you start with confidence.

We work with established names, challenger brands and pioneering start-ups to shape and build reputations. We advise clients on their ESG credentials and today’s pressing issues, and we form relationships with the influencers that matter to them. Our advice is insight based and multi-channel. About the role
  • Day-to-day: Political monitoring, draft briefing documents for client meetings with journalists, collaborate with client accounts across financial services, tax and transport sectors
  • Account support: Build rapport with clients, attend weekly team meetings, maintain actions documents, manage team diaries, contribute to team brainstorms
  • Research and reporting: Research for client projects and initiatives, maintain evaluation documents and reports
  • Marketing and New Business: Networking and building your contact base within the industry, identifying and contributing to new business

About you
  • Keen interest in public affairs, tax policy and transport
  • Understanding of parliamentary processes in Westminster
  • Developing network of public affairs and parliamentary
  • Excellent communicator (written/verbal) with confident presentation skills
  • Organised, top-notch time management and collaborator
  • Working knowledge and experience in using social media
