“Lansons has been a fantastic place to start my career, as you always feel supported and encouraged in your personal growth from the day you join the team. From the flat structure within teams to the career manager programme, the required support is always available and you never fail to find the guidance you need. This has been especially helpful with progress while working from home in recent months!”– Alice O’Keeffe Senior Account Executive
"Lansons not only helps you build a career, but also allows you shape it in a way you want! Since day one, you’re encouraged to join various training or groups of your choice. As such, alongside my client work, I’ve joined the CIPR International committee, which has helped me gain a much broader understanding of the industry and work with practitioners from around the world."– Oshin Sharma Account Manager
"Lansons understands what is required to allow individuals to develop professionally. From immediate exposure to high profile clients, to the structure of the teams providing exposure to a variety of expertise, I have found myself to be constantly growing. There is also the added benefit of being able to learn from those who originally started the company."– Tim Naylor Account Executive
"Lansons has always committed to supporting an annual charity and donating 1% of our profits to it. There is a lot of opportunity for staff to get involved. From joining our peer-led charity committee who run events throughout the year to participating in the annual Christmas Fair, where friends of Lansons enjoy an evening of festivities"– Leonie Garfield Associate Director
"Lansons works with a hugely varied list of high-calibre clients, but its commitment to career development is what sets it apart. I’ve found Lansons to have a very supportive culture, having encouraged and sponsored my CFA qualification in ESG."– Tom Straker Account Director
"Supportive, fun and progressive is how I would describe Lansons. The emphasis on employee wellbeing is second to none and has made working during the pandemic a lot easier. Think free virtual yoga, afternoon tea deliveries and allowances to make your working-from-home set up more comfortable."– Emily Schweitzer Marketing (in-house)
The interest we take in your career progression is reflected in the fact that well over a third of our account directors and above started at our most junior level, including five board directors. Half of our people have been with us for more than five years and over a quarter for more than ten. Being a partnership, a third of our people own the agency, and everyone is eligible to be part of our future growth.
We’ll invest in your development with a dedicated career manager and training that focuses on your needs – and your ambition. We’ll help your ‘work self’ be ‘yourself’, with networking, volunteering, international opportunities and extracurricular activities.
We have always prioritised the welfare of our people and as such we temporarily closed our London office ahead of the Prime Minister’s announcement 23, March 2020; transitioning to full remote working from home since. Adapting to our new way of working, we are supporting our people with regular all-agency calls to stay connected and continuing our distinctive culture albeit online across our charity, wellbeing and social programs with free virtual yoga, celebration hampers and quiz nights.

There are plenty of voluntary groups to get involved in as well, from diversity, wellbeing, and culture to our very own charity group, running a wide programme of fundraising activities in addition to donating 1% of our profits each year.
