The interest we take in your career progression is reflected in the fact that well over a third of our account directors and above started at our most junior level, including five board directors. Half of our people have been with us for more than five years and over a quarter for more than ten. Being a partnership, a third of our people own the agency, and everyone is eligible to be part of our future growth.
We’ll invest in your development with a dedicated career manager and training that focuses on your needs – and your ambition. We’ll help your ‘work self’ be ‘yourself’, with networking, volunteering, international opportunities and extracurricular activities.
We have always prioritised the welfare of our people and as such we temporarily closed our London office ahead of the Prime Minister’s announcement 23, March 2020; transitioning to full remote working from home since. Adapting to our new way of working, we are supporting our people with regular all-agency calls to stay connected and continuing our distinctive culture albeit online across our charity, wellbeing and social programs with free virtual yoga, celebration hampers and quiz nights.

We’re committed to diversity, fairness and inclusion and hope you care as fiercely as we do about playing a role in society. We champion diverse thinking and voices and believe it is critical to our business success in enhancing an inclusive culture for our people and strengthening the advice we provide our clients.
There are plenty of voluntary groups to get involved in as well, from diversity, wellbeing, and culture to our very own charity group, running a wide programme of fundraising activities in addition to donating 1% of our profits each year.
