Sophie Lilley

Sophie’s experience over the past 15 years has centred on advising organisations how communications and reputation management can support their business goals and tell their story. 

She has worked with start-ups and long established brands; product manufacturers and service providers; CEOs and communications managers. Sophie believes in engaging whichever channels and audiences are appropriate to deliver an organisation’s goal – often utilising events or exhibitions, social media, press work, political engagement, advertising or employee engagement. Her work has included: some pure internet companies like LinkedIn, PayPal,; others big global brands wishing to highlight their innovation and ability to embrace change like Barclaycard, American Express; as well as tech start-ups including Finovate UK winners like MoneyHub and Nutmeg.

Earlier in her career, Sophie worked with a film production company, Totem Media, focused on documentaries at the time in China and South Africa.  Sophie is also a trustee for the RJC(Restorative Justice Council), who are responsible for representing restorative practitioners as well as setting the standard for restorative practice across criminal justice, education, care and communities.A personal believer in IoT she can frequently be caught checking her Jawbone UP to track sleep or movement and is passionate about the ability of technology to improve and enable our lives at work and at play!
