Naomi Goodman

Naomi is an experienced change and internal communications practitioner with a wealth of both consultancy and in-house experience.

Naomi is passionate about helping people through change and is experienced in leading organisational and culture change programmes for both the public and private sector. This includes helping a UK government department improve engagement during its transition to a commercial enterprise, designing a culture change programme for a public sector organisation that included events for 10,000 employees and being the global change lead on transformation programmes for companies including Roche, Novartis and Damco.

She also has a keen interest in elevating the value of internal communications. Naomi has worked with UK and global companies to audit their internal communications capabilities, provide strategic direction on improvements and identify and measure the effectiveness of key communications activities that contribute to business performance.

Other companies Naomi has worked with include Abbott Pharmaceuticals, Bacardi, Capgemini, Deutsche Bank, DHL Supply Chain, Fujitsu, Highways England, HSBC, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Mental Health Foundation, Metropolitan Police Service, MSD and Thales.

Naomi graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a first class (BA) Honours in Public Relations and is a certified Prosci/ADKAR change management practitioner.
