Launch your career with us! We're always on the look-out for entrepreneurial, diverse thinkers to join us.

Account Executives act as the linchpin and foundation for teams, co-ordinating and supporting others to deliver high-quality work in an energising environment. Our no-silos structure means people stretch their experience cross-agency with integrated teams, learning from mentors, sharing knowledge and experience.

We are looking for those with an interest in:

  • businesses and what makes them tick
  • developing your knowledge and skills in reputation management, strategic comms and media
  • building strong relationships with colleagues and clients

About the role

Around three to six months of relevant experience is not essential but would be beneficial to help equip you for the role. Experience can also be from a different field to public relations and communications, where transferable skills have been gained.

  • Media and stakeholder monitoring: Understand client, stakeholders, and specialism areas to monitor the news agenda, log media coverage and keep a close watch on what’s trending.
  • Media relations: Issue press releases to media, liaise with journalists, meet external stakeholders and identify further coverage opportunities.
  • Account support: Build rapport with clients and media, attend client calls, maintain evaluation documents, manage team diaries, contribute to team brainstorms.
  • Research and reporting: Conduct research and analysis to support client activity, track and log all coverage for reports, use insight to make recommendations.
  • Content creation: Write succinct, on-message content (internal/external) such as press releases, by-lines, briefing documents, client emails, blogs and social media posts.
  • Analytical thinking: Grasp complex issues relevant to clients, make suggestions on story angles, draft media commentary.
  • Business Development and Marketing: Contribute and take part in research projects and marketing activities such as company blog, social media and (fun) internal campaigns.

About you

  • Creative communicator (written/verbal)
  • Organised, top-notch time management and strategic thinker
  • Team player, supportive and considerate to others
  • Good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail (no seriously)

A snapshot of what we offer

  • Dedicated career manager
  • Remote/home working model
  • Social and cultural office events
  • Multiple opt-in savings programmes
  • Dental insurance, life insurance and critical illness insurance from day one
  • Monthly Leave Early Fridays
  • Every five years, an extra 10 days paid ‘milestone’ holiday
  • Birthday and Christmas Shopping paid leave
  • Join a voluntary internal committee (wellbeing, charity, green team etc.)
