Whilst we have a history of gender equality, it’s no time to be complacent. Indeed, there is so much more to do to have true equality.

More than ever, in these challenging times around the world, good actions set a woman or man apart. We believe, for businesses and as people, that (good) actions speak louder than words. That we are judged by our behaviours and the decisions we take. And at Lansons, we all play a part in this.

How we live our lives and the choices we make, shape us.

As communicators and reputation management experts, you will be familiar with the words spoken by Suffragettes. They called for deeds, not just words. We talk of Deeds and Words.

Lansons has been a pioneer of gender equality.

Today we should all be proud that we are a gender-neutral business. Few have our data. No one has our track record of deeds and words. We have walked the talk for over three decades.

Once in the door, at all levels, great talent can thrive at Lansons, irrespective of background, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation.

You want more change, you believe there's more we can do? Great. Let's make it happen.

Let's look at the facts:
  • More women own Lansons than men - 64% v 36%
