The first Future of Financial Services conference took place in 2013. This event brought together industry leaders with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Martin Wheatley and the Prudential Regulatory Authority’s Andrew Bailey together with a range of experts to thrash out some of some vital issues about business models and business practices and what it means for customers and the economy.

The conference attracted nearly 200 delegates to central London and marked the first steps in defining some of the challenges to be overcome, while also giving a sense of direction and purpose for the future.
