Our recruitment policy has always been to source talent from the broadest spectrum of educational backgrounds and we extend this policy to our recruitment of interns.
Our internships last between one and four months. This flexibility is designed to fit with our interns’ other work experience commitments and enables us to work with as wide a range of young people as possible.
We pay our interns more than the London Living Wage. As excited as we are to help young people into a rewarding and challenging career, we want our interns to have one-to -one attention and genuine opportunity to learn, so we ensure that we don’t over-commit in terms of the numbers we take each year. We aim to take between two and four interns each year, depending on the length of time they are with us. A number of our interns have moved on to permanent roles within Lansons and we hope that many more do so in the future.
