Four new partners at Lansons

Four account directors - Laura Moss, Lisa Elliott, Rimmi Shah and Susanna Walker-Robson - have today joined our ownership structure for this year, taking the total number of owners to 32.

We have operated as a partnership since we launched in 1989. Each year, we review our ownership structure, and staff across all levels who have been with us for 2 years+ are eligible for consideration to join.

Our chief executive, Tony Langham, says: "We’re delighted to welcome all four to the partnership – this recognises their contribution to the business, and their importance to the firm’s future. We’ve always based our business model on rewarding commitment and talent, and all four have shown this during their time with us."

He added: "In these difficult times – as we don’t have the restrictions of a network or owned agency – we have been able to both continue investing in the business and to continue our progressive ownership policy."
